This Notice applies to you only if you and/or we meet an applicable definition set forth inone or more U.S. State Privacy Laws which would have the effect of granting you or us certain rights with respect to your personal information or data pursuant to a given U.S. State Privacy Law. For example, if you do not meet the definition of a “consumer” or an “individual” under a U.S. State Privacy Law, or if we do not meet the definition of a “business” or a ”controller” under the same U.S. State Privacy Law, this Notice does not apply to you or to us. This Notice also does not apply to your personal information or data that is not treated as “personal information”, “personally identifiable information”, “personal data”, or a similar term defined or referred to in one or more U.S. State Privacy Laws. This Notice also does not apply to information collected by third-party content, websites, applications, platform, code (e.g., plug-ins, APIs, and software development kits), and certain cookies and other tracking technologies; our collection and use of information through such means is covered by our Privacy Policy.
