Who are Tate and Taylor?

Tate and Taylor are our co-founders. Taylor Hill adopted her labradoodle Tate in 2014. Tate lived a full and long life with lots of adventures but sadly passed away in 2023. His spirit and legacy lives on through the Tate & Taylor brand.

Are Tate & Taylor products available in stores?

Our products are currently exclusively available through tateandtaylor.com.

Is your brand just for dogs?

No! We love cats and other animals too. Tate & Taylor is here to help celebrate the special bond between all pets and their humans.

Where in the US do you ship to?

We currently offer domestic shipping in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, and Hawaii at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Help! My order is missing!?

Yikes! Please contact our support team for assistance at orders@tateandtaylor.com

How do I change or cancel my order?

We want to ship out your products as soon as possible, so we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, that means once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.

How can I find the status of my order?

Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under ‘My Account’.

Where can I track my order?

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

My order is missing an item, what should I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry. Please contact us at orders@tateandtaylor.com.

My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

We hate to hear that. Please contact us right away at orders@tateandtaylor.com.

What are your customer service hours?

Our Tate & Taylor support team is available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern. Our support team is not available Saturdays and Sundays, or on federally-recognized holidays.

I typed in my wrong address and need to change it.

Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards. We also accept Shop Pay.

I forgot my password, how do I login?
